You can delete all your data from Mashly at any time. Here's how.

Delete from the App

1. Open Mashly
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Delete Profile
4. Confirm the deletion

This immediately removes:

• Your credit balance and active account
• Any locally stored settings on your device

Certain records may be retained for a limited period for auditing and legal compliance, including:

• Purchase and transaction records
• Basic profile information (name, age, language)

Data We Don't Store

• Photos you upload are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after generation
• Generated images are not stored on our servers after delivery

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, you can request data deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account (if applicable) so we can locate your data.
