User Content

• You are responsible for any images you upload
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Do not upload nudity or sexually explicit material
• Content depicting minors inappropriately is strictly prohibited
• Do not upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Only upload photos you have permission to use

AI-Generated Content

• Mashly uses AI to generate mashups for entertainment purposes
• Results may vary in quality and may not meet all expectations
• We do not claim ownership of your original images

Purchases & Credits

• Payments are processed by Apple
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Pricing may change at any time

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app or attempt to hack the service
• Do not use Mashly for unlawful purposes
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations

Disclaimer & Liability

• Mashly is provided "as is" for entertainment
• We make no warranties that the app will function without interruption
• We are not liable for indirect damages or issues from AI outputs
• Total liability will not exceed amounts you paid, if any
