• Photos you upload (processed temporarily, deleted immediately after generation)

• To generate mashed photos and stories
• To save your preferences locally
• To manage your credits and purchases

AI Processing

• Mashly uses artificial intelligence services to create mashups
• When you upload an image, it is securely transmitted to AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested output
• We do not allow AI providers to use your content for unrelated purposes
• Photos are deleted immediately after processing is complete

Data Storage & Transfers

• Photos are never stored on our servers - they are deleted immediately after generation
• Preferences are stored locally on your device
• Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ

Children's Privacy

• Mashly is designed for family use with parental supervision
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent
• Parents/guardians should supervise children's use of the app

Your Rights

• You can delete all your data using "Delete Profile" in Settings
• This removes your local settings, credits, and server records
• Apple Sign-In users can also manage data through Apple's privacy settings
