• To save your preferences locally
• To manage your credits and purchases

AI Processing

• Mashly uses artificial intelligence services to create mashups
• When you upload an image, it is securely transmitted to AI processing providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested output
• We do not allow AI providers to use your content for unrelated purposes
• Photos are deleted immediately after processing is complete

Data Storage & Transfers

• Photos are never stored on our servers - they are deleted immediately after generation
• Preferences are stored locally on your device
• Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ

Children's Privacy

• Mashly is intended for users aged 13 and older
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it

Your Rights

• You can delete your account using "Delete Profile" in Settings
• This immediately removes your credit balance, active account, and locally stored settings
• Certain records (purchase history, basic profile information) may be retained for a limited period for auditing and legal compliance
• Apple Sign-In users can also manage data through Apple's privacy settings
• Google Sign-In users can manage data through their Google Account settings
